Description

Pignatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend obtained from a careful selection of
“Gentile di Larino”, “Leccino”, “White Paesana” and “Black Paesana” olive mono varieties of Isernia
and Alto Molise areas, or mid-eastern Italy. Pignatelli Oil is very appreciated,
with a gold green color. The oil has a fruity taste with a lightly spicy aftertaste,
excellent with every kind of dish. Medium to strong finish with high polyphenols.
