Our Traditional 18 Year style balsamic is complex, smooth, and perfectly balanced, with notes of prune and caramel. Used in both sweet and savory dishes, this dense Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar is characterized by woodsy notes, sweet (fruity) undertones, and a robust finish. Good as a stand-alone balsamic but plays very well with others. A kitchen staple can be used for raw dishes, hard Italian cheese as well as cooking overheat. All future searches by you for a traditional balsamic vinegar will cease. Balsamic is aged in wood barrels for up to 18 years.
